Measurement

Do you need access to our warehouse?

Not by default. We prefer read-only exports or approved workspace connections. Warehouse builds are out of scope unless separately scoped.

How do you handle sparse traffic?

We publish coverage badges beside every chart. Sparse pages receive qualitative guardrails instead of false precision.

Delivery

What does a typical kickoff include?

A two-hour mapping session, access checklist, and a shared glossary. No software sales during the call.

Can we mix service lines?

Yes. We sequence engagements so artifacts reinforce each other rather than collide.

Commercial

Are prices negotiable?

Ranges on the site are indicative. Final statements of work reflect scope, travel, and any rush windows.

Do you invoice in instalments?

Often in two or three tranches tied to milestones. Instalments always total the agreed contract value.

Privacy

Where is data processed?

Primarily Singapore-hosted infrastructure. Subprocessors are listed in the Data Protection Notice.

Can we request deletion?

Yes, subject to legal retention needs. Email hello@scrollly.pro with the addresses used in correspondence.

Limitations

What will Scrollly not promise?

We do not promise audience uplift, ranking changes, or miraculous engagement spikes. We document uncertainty instead.

Are you available on weekends?

Weekend support is not included unless contracted. We protect rest to keep readouts sharp during the week.
