By accessing scrollly.pro ("Site") operated by Scrollly ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the Site and any related materials.

Scrollly provides engagement analytics consulting, artifacts, and related materials as described on the Site. Deliverables are informational and professional in nature; they do not constitute regulated advice unless separately contracted and signed.

When you contact us, you warrant that your information is accurate. We may rely on the email address you supply for notices related to services you purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your mail systems.

Unless stated otherwise, content on the Site—including copy, diagrams, and downloadable templates—is owned by Scrollly or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view materials for internal evaluation. Redistribution, resale, or scraping beyond reasonable personal use is prohibited without written permission.

You may not misuse the Site to transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with measurement demonstrations, or harass our team. We may suspend communications that appear abusive or fraudulent.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, Scrollly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its materials. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed SGD 500 unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you reside.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the Site or specific materials with reasonable notice when feasible.
