We collect identifiers you provide (name, email, company), message content submitted via forms, technical logs (IP address, user agent), and cookie/localStorage signals described in our Cookie Preferences page.

We process data to respond to enquiries, schedule conversations, improve Site reliability, secure our infrastructure, and—only with consent—store analytics preferences.

Where the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) applies, we rely on consent for non-essential cookies and analytics, and on legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, and responding to contractual enquiries.

Contact form submissions are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for active engagements. Security logs rotate according to infrastructure defaults (typically under 90 days).

We use subprocessors (hosting, email delivery) bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by lawful order.

Data may be processed in Singapore and other jurisdictions where subprocessors operate. We assess safeguards required by applicable law and contract.

We implement administrative and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive credentials via plain web forms.

Subject to PDPA and other applicable laws, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. We will verify requests to prevent misuse. Some rights may be limited where retention is legally required.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this notice; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
