Scope
This policy applies to professional service fees listed on scrollly.pro for engagements delivered remotely or on-site in Singapore unless superseded by a master services agreement.
Cooling-off period
Clients may cancel within 14 days of payment for a scheduled engagement that has not yet started, receiving a full refund of fees paid for that engagement.
Partial performance
If work has commenced with written approval (including kickoff notes), fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Remaining prepaid amounts can be credited toward future work or refunded within 30 days at our discretion.
Non-refundable items
Third-party expenses (travel booked, software licenses purchased on your behalf) and rush fees explicitly agreed in writing are non-refundable once incurred.
Process
Email hello@scrollly.pro with invoice number, engagement name, and reason for cancellation. We respond within five business days with a resolution or request for clarification.
Timing and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible; otherwise we coordinate an acceptable alternative.
